Members come from countries around the world, including: Brazil, El Salvador, France, India, Japan, Jordan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Qatar, United Kingdom, United States, Virgin Islands.
The University of Chicago Harris School relies on its advisory boards for guidance on new and ongoing initiatives as well as resource development. Members of both the Harris Council and the Alumni Council are accomplished professionals with substantial experience in the public, non-profit, and private sectors.
The Harris Council
The Harris Council is the lead advisory group to the Dean and Harris Public Policy and is comprised of accomplished professionals with substantial experience in the public, non-profit, and private sectors. Their assistance to the School takes many forms, from providing advice and financial support to interacting with students and connecting the work of the School to the world beyond the walls of the University.
